Please ensure you read and understand all of the below conditions:

  • Credit Card details are taken at the time of the booking and a pre-authorization will be processed to ensure the card is valid.
  • Any booking can be cancelled up to 24 hours beforehand. Cancelling inside of 24 hours of the booking will incur a cancellation fee equal to 4 passenger tickets.
  • If all passengers are not on board within 15 minutes of the scheduled departure time then the flight will take off with the passengers that are present.
  • The minimum passenger load is 4 so if the actual numbers drop below this then the cost of 4 passengers will still be incurred. Jet Fuel is expensive!
  • If no passenger is present within 15 minutes of the departure time then the flight will be cancelled and the space offered to other passengers. The cancellation fee is the cost of 4 passenger tickets.
  • Please ensure all passengers are punctual and ready to depart on time. If some passengers turn up late and the venue has hit capacity then they will need to wait in line to board the flight (All of our scheduled departure times are in the afternoon so there is no worry for guests who arrive on time). Please understand that no priority entry will ever be given to anyone at The Lobo, regardless of whether your group has booked a flight or not.
  • Standard NSW RSA laws apply and anyone considered intoxicated when arriving at the departure gate will not be allowed to board the flight.
  • Once your flight concludes you are welcome to stay on in your booth and be catered to by our hostesses who will provide table service and an amazing night of rum and fun!
